I would love to visit Clarke’s bar and dining room the next time I go to Cape Town – they are situated in Bree Street. I love the industrial and minimal look mixed with indoor plants. The interior was designed by industrial designer Liam Mooney who I am a big fan of. All look like this could be my happy place – and the food looks delicious!
Whoever knows me knows that I am a huge fan of the G-Star brand – I love everything from their industrial fashion style to their brand identity and personality. I was amazed to see the architecture renders of their headquarters in Amsterdam. The building is currently under construction – can’t wait to see the finished product!

I am a huge fan of Anthropologie and was lucky enough to visit one of their stores in London in Jan. I love their heirloom and bohemian trend at the moment as well as the mismatched kitchen products. Sad that I did not have space in my luggage to bring the whole shop home!
The latest Elle Decoration Winter Issue is out and I love the color style they’ve adopted, the dried found objects mixed with natural textures. The home bake inspiration is just what I would like to do this winter!
So my favourite chef Jamie Oliver turned 37 years old last Sunday. He is someone I admire and respect a lot due to his passion, dedication, hard work and his strive for perfectionism in no matter what he does. I had the opportunity to be invited to one of his restaurant Jamie’s Italian while I was in London in Jan and was amazed on how simple, cosy and homely the place felt like. I love the main lighting made of clear recycled glass bottles, the antique “crapper” toilets, white rectangular tiles and raw wood. The food was excellent and all served in terracotta dinnerware!
